Shipping Policy

To ensure proper/safe shipping and arrival of your spooder beans - Queso's only ships live spiders on Monday. Orders close at 6pm Sunday each week. All orders will be shipped through Fedex using Redline Shipping. FedEx is the only shipping service who allows spiders to be shipped legally. Shipping price is calculated based on your zip code. Priority overnight and 2 day shipping ONLY. I will postpone shipping in the event of your spider going into a molt or extreme high/ low temperatures. I do not ship under 40 or above 94 degrees Fahrenheit. In the event of freezing/extremely hot temperatures, FedEx HUB delivery may be the only option. Temperatures between 40°F to 60°F will require heat packs, while temperatures between 85°F to 94°F will require cold packs. Buyer is responsible for the price of additional heat/cold packs. All spiders come with a LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE (priority overnight shipments to hub ONLY.) Any spiders sent to a residential address are not eligible for reimbursement and must have the spiders sent to a FedEx Hub to be eligible due to special handling requirements for live animal shipments and climate controlled storage. Any spiders that are delivered DOA (dead on arrival) may only receive reimbursement if pictures are taken of the spider alongside the box with the shipping label visible with a time sstamp. Photo/video evidence must occur within 2 hours of delivery to hub. LAG is immediately void if pickup occurs more than 2 hours after delivery to the FedEx hub facility. Reimbursement include the cost of the spider - NOT shipping costs. If buyer wishes for a replacement spider-buyer must pay shipping costs. Queso Spoods is not responsible for any order picked up more than 2 hours past pickup time at the FedEx hub. Track your package!!!! We are not responsible for mishaps caused by FedEx. Once the box is dropped off - we are not responsible for anything after that point. We have no control over the company, delays, sudden weather changes or delivery to the wrong address. I will always provide photos of moms coloration/genetics but colors of spiders vary after molts until adulthood. Seller is not responsible for changes in color. I reserve the right to decline service if buyer cannot guarantee they will be home upon delivery. Safety of my spiders is top priority.
